BP Settings
The BP Settings page lets administrators configure the Business Partners module.
See the Business Partners Introduction for a complete overview of all settings tabs.
Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Open this page from the Portal sidebar under its module section.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Navigate to the three Business Partners configuration sub-pages from a single hub.
- Configure default payment terms for sales and purchase documents.
- Restrict address forms to an approved list of countries and set a default country.
- Enable and configure scope-based access control so users only see the business partners assigned to their region.

Permissions & system behavior
Section titled “Permissions & system behavior”- Viewing this page requires access to the corresponding module.
- Create/edit/delete actions are visible only to users with matching permissions.
- After a successful action, the page updates list/detail data to reflect the change.
