BP Settings

The BP Settings page lets administrators configure the Business Partners module.

Open this page from the Portal sidebar under its module section.

  • Navigate to the three Business Partners configuration sub-pages from a single hub.
  • Configure default payment terms for sales and purchase documents.
  • Restrict address forms to an approved list of countries and set a default country.
  • Enable and configure scope-based access control so users only see the business partners assigned to their region.
  • Viewing this page requires access to the corresponding module.
  • Create/edit/delete actions are visible only to users with matching permissions.
  • After a successful action, the page updates list/detail data to reflect the change.
