HR Settings
The HR Settings page is the configuration hub for the HR module. Currently it hosts the Careers Page setting, which controls whether your organization’s public job listing page is visible to external candidates. Additional settings sections may be added here in future releases.

Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”- Route:
/settings - Menu Path: HR → Settings
- Primary audience: HR administrators with the
canWriteJobspermission.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Enable or disable the public careers page where candidates can browse open job postings and apply.
- Open the live careers page in a new browser tab to verify what candidates see.
Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”- Open HR → Settings from the sidebar.
- Toggle Enable Careers Page to on to make your open job postings visible to the public.
- Click View Careers Page to open the public URL and verify the content.
- The toggle is disabled for users without the
canWriteJobspermission. - The careers page URL is built from your tenant’s configured subdomain. If the subdomain is not set, the current host is used.
- When the careers page is disabled, all open job postings are hidden from public view but remain in the system.
- Only job postings with status Open appear on the public careers page. Draft, Paused, Closed, and Filled postings are never shown publicly.
