Payment Receipts

The Payment Receipts list displays all customer payment receipts in the system. Receipts record money received from customers and can be applied directly to open A/R invoices or left unapplied for later reconciliation.

Navigate to Finance → Banking → Payment Receipts in the sidebar, or go to /finance/banking/receipts.

Click any sortable column header to sort ascending, then descending, then remove sort. Default sort: Created date descending.

  1. Click the row actions menu and select Delete
  2. A confirmation dialog warns that the action is permanent
  3. Click Delete to confirm

Only Draft receipts can be deleted.

  1. Open the page from the sidebar under Finance → Banking.
  2. Apply status or date filters to find relevant receipts.
  3. Click New Receipt to record a new customer payment.
