Payment Receipts
The Payment Receipts list displays all customer payment receipts in the system. Receipts record money received from customers and can be applied directly to open A/R invoices or left unapplied for later reconciliation.

Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Navigate to Finance → Banking → Payment Receipts in the sidebar, or go to /finance/banking/receipts.
List Columns

Status Values
Section titled “Status Values”| Status | Description |

| Draft | Receipt is being prepared; not yet posted |
| Posted | Receipt is posted; the payment is recorded and applied (or unapplied pending reconciliation) |
| Cancelled | Receipt has been cancelled |
Filtering

Sorting
Section titled “Sorting”Click any sortable column header to sort ascending, then descending, then remove sort. Default sort: Created date descending.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”Load More pattern with 20 records per page. Total count displayed above the table.

Deleting a Receipt
Section titled “Deleting a Receipt”- Click the row actions menu and select Delete
- A confirmation dialog warns that the action is permanent
- Click Delete to confirm
Only Draft receipts can be deleted.
Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”- Open the page from the sidebar under Finance → Banking.
- Apply status or date filters to find relevant receipts.
- Click New Receipt to record a new customer payment.
