Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance Contracts track warranties, service agreements, full coverage contracts, and preventive-only contracts associated with maintenance assets and work.
Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Navigate to Maintenance → Overview → Contracts, or go to /maintenance/contracts.

Create Contract
Section titled “Create Contract”The create route opens the contract dialog and returns to the contract list when closed or saved.
Screenshot Status
Section titled “Screenshot Status”The wiki tenants returned portal 404 screens for Maintenance contract routes during the 2026-06-10 capture pass. List, create, detail, and edit screenshots are pending until Maintenance is enabled or deployed for the wiki tenants. Detail and edit also require at least one saved service contract.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”maintenance.contracts.access controls access to the contracts area.
