Maintenance Reports
Maintenance Reports provide operational analysis across assets, preventive maintenance, and work order performance.
Report Routes
Section titled “Report Routes”| Route | Report |
|---|---|
/maintenance/reports/asset-history | Asset Maintenance History |
/maintenance/reports/schedule-compliance | Schedule Compliance |
/maintenance/reports/work-order-metrics | Work Order Metrics |
Asset Maintenance History
Section titled “Asset Maintenance History”The asset history report requires selecting an asset. It can filter by date range and history type: work order or request.
Schedule Compliance
Section titled “Schedule Compliance”The schedule compliance report shows overall compliance rate, active schedules, overdue schedules, average days overdue, and schedule-level compliance rows.
Work Order Metrics
Section titled “Work Order Metrics”The work order metrics report shows work order totals, completion rate, on-time rate, average completion time, distribution charts, trend data, and top assets.
Screenshot Status
Section titled “Screenshot Status”The wiki tenants returned portal 404 screens for Maintenance report routes during the 2026-06-10 capture pass. Report screenshots are pending until Maintenance is enabled or deployed for the wiki tenants.
Menu Mismatch
Section titled “Menu Mismatch”The backend menu registers /maintenance/request-categories, but MaintenanceApp.tsx does not define a matching frontend route. This route is tracked in the drift audit as a portal-business mismatch rather than documented as a usable wiki page.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Report menu entries require maintenance.access.
